Blackbird Baking Company

Blackbird opened in June of 2009, a collaboration between husband and wife Tom and Adria Clark.  The pair met in Portland, Oregon, where Tom, a Lakewood native, acquired his baker training.  They relocated to the Cleveland area in 2007 with the intention of opening their own neighborhood bakery, and the rest is history!

Our products are made by hand, from scratch, and fresh daily.  We use the highest-quality ingredients such as European butter and free-range eggs from local farmers.
